Self Checklist

30 days return / exchange period check

I confirm the article was purchased within 30 days from today and including today. ( We do NOT accept returns from 30 days ago, regardless the condition of the article or any personal reasons.)

Brand new condition check

I confirm the article is in original brand new condition with original packaging. It is not altered, washed or damaged. ( All items are properly checked by two different staff members prior to shipping to ensure there is NO quality issue with the article. We do NOT accept "I found a hole in the garment when I opened the parcel".)

Stains & smell check

I confirm the article does NOT have makeup stains, does NOT have the smell of perfume, lotion, deodorant, smoke, sweat, etc.. (If the article arrives with stains or smell, we will not process it and you need to pay for the return postage and have it sent back upon request)

Article eligibility check

I confirm the article I am going to return is NOT underwear, such as shorts, panty, butt lifter, bodysuit, tights etc.. ( Due to hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept the return of underwear.)

Article bought on sale, promotion or discount check

I confirm the article I am going to return was NOT purchased on sale, promotion or discount. (If the article was purchased at sale/discounted price, you can post it back for store credit only.)

Handling & Restocking Fees

I understand that all returns for refund items are subject to a $10 or 10% per item (whichever is higher) handling and restocking fees. There is an additional 7% transaction fee for Afterpay or zipPay refund. There are NO fees for size / style exchange or return for store credit.
