30 days return / exchange period check I confirm the article was purchased within 30 days from today and including today. ( We do NOT accept returns from 30 days ago, regardless the condition of the article or any personal reasons.)Brand new condition check I confirm the article is in original brand new condition with original packaging. It is not altered, washed or damaged. ( All items are properly checked by two different staff members prior to shipping to ensure there is NO quality issue with the article. We do NOT accept “I found a hole in the garment when I opened the parcel”.)Stains & smell check I confirm the article does NOT have makeup stains, does NOT have the smell of perfume, lotion, deodorant, smoke, sweat, etc.. (If the article arrives with stains or smell, we will not process it and you need to pay for the return postage and have it sent back upon request)Article eligibility check I confirm the article I am going to return is NOT underwear, such as shorts, panty, butt lifter, bodysuit, tights etc.. Return & Exchange Policy

Giving the article is in original unworn condition with original packaging/tags, you can return it within 30 days for exchange or refund if:

• the item doesn’t fit correctly;
• the item is not what you expected;
• change of mind;

How to exchange my purchase?

OPTION 1 [FASTEST]: In cases that you need to exchange your purchase URGENTLY, you can make a new purchase online for an exchange item, then send back your original purchase for REFUND. Please state “replacement order” in the comment section when checkout online.This is NO fees for the refund in this case.

OPTION 2: If you only want to exchange the size or colour for the same item, then you can leave a message on the invoice to let the warehouse know the size or color for your exchange. Then, post the invoice back with the product for exchange. We will ship the required size/color back to you accordingly. There is NOTHING you need to do on a computer. Normally it takes 2 to 3 business days to ship the exchange item back to you after we receive your return.

OPTION 3: If you want to exchange your purchase for a different item or haven’t decided what to exchange to, then you can simply post the item back for store credit and then you can use the credit to order exchange items online. Store credit will be assigned to your account, if you made purchase without create an account (eg. checkout as guest) previously, please register an account before returning the product. This exchange option may take between 5 to 7 working days to complete.

All exchanges MUST be made within 30 days after delivery.
Please ensure all return articles are in original unworn condition with tags and packaging. Articles with smell of perfume, detergent, smoke, etc., are NOT acceptable. Articles with dirts, markup stains, animal hair, etc are NOT acceptable.
Please keep a valid tracking number for your return parcel at all times. We will not able to process or locate your return without a valid tracking number.

How to return my purchase for refund?

You can return your purchase for refund if:
you changed your mind. ($10 or 10% per item restocking fee(whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund value.)

If the order was paid (or partially paid) with store credit or gift voucher, the store credit or gift voucher cannot be converted or refunded as cash or money to the card. The store credit and gift voucher will be reinstated to your account with our website. You can transfer your store credit to a friend or family.

Please note that for AfterPay & zipPay refunds and cancellations, there will be an extra 7% fee of the total order value due to the associated merchant fees which will be deducted from the refund.

Please send back your purchase in original condition within 30 days and you will be responsible for return postage.
Articles with smell of perfume, detergent, smoke, etc., are NOT acceptable. Articles with dirts, markup stains, animal hairs, etc are NOT acceptable.
And, for hygienic reasons, articles such as undergarments, socks，stockings and tights are NOT returnable.
Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

For order cancellations, if your order hasn’t left our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order and refund you according to our policy.

For all exchange/return requests, you MUST retain a valid tracking number of your return parcel for future references. We cannot process your request without a valid approve of the return. Customers are responsible for all return postage. There is NO exchange on complimentary items. Complimentary item MUST be returned in original unworn condition if the associated order is returned for refund.

Retrun / Exchange Procedure

Step 1

Pack the Article

Please ensure the item is in original unworn condition with original packaging/tags. Articles with smell of perfume, detergent, smoke, etc., are NOT acceptable. Articles with dirts, markup stains, animal hair, etc are NOT acceptable. Articles that have been washed or altered are NOT acceptable.

Step 2

Post it Back

Please take the return article to the Post Office and post it back to the return address listed at the bottom of the invoice paper. Please keep a valid tracking number for your return parcel at all times. We will not able to process or locate your return without a valid tracking number.

Step 3

Arrival & Processing

Once the return article arrives in the warehouse, it will be processed accordingly after the Qualiy Check. We will email you once the return/exchange item has been processed. Normally it takes between 2 to 3 business days to complete the process.
