The ShapeMate Men’s Ultimate High Waist Tummy Flattening Shorts are effective at providing tummy flattening and shaping, especially around the waist and midsection. The high waist helps smooth everything out, and the shorts are very comfortable to wear for short periods. However, I found the waistband to be a bit tight after wearing them for a while, especially when sitting down for long periods. It’s not too uncomfortable, but it can be a bit restricting. That being said, they still do an excellent job at what they’re designed to do, and I would recommend them with a note about the tight waist.

I recently tried the ShapeMate Men’s Ultimate High Waist Tummy Flattening Shorts, and they work very well for tummy flattening and waist support. They feel snug and provide good compression, which helps smooth out my midsection. However, I did find them to be slightly bulky under tighter-fitting clothes. While they’re great for everyday wear, I prefer to wear them under looser clothing or during casual outings. Despite this, they do exactly what they claim to do and I’m very happy with the results!
