This was recommended by my doctor to wear a spin/back support/correction belt while working. The delivery was super fast, it arrived at my doorstep in 2 days. The belt fits correctly and so easy to put it on. I love it. Takes pressure off of the spine and I believe distributes around the rest of your body as it holds your mid section tight. Not sure where the pressure is going, it’s not on my lower back which has become tender from sitting hours on in.

Actually I was skeptical when I ordered this but it really works. I bought it mostly to relieve lower back pain and it brings instant relief. To my surprise it’s also very comfortable to wear, and the steel bones are in the right place giving me the support that I needed the most. The item is very well made and should last a long time. I would recommend this belt to anyone who has spin/back problems.

I just received my ShapeMate Mens Ultimate Back & Spin Support Belt. I have used it a few times already throughout the house as I go about my day and while working out/biking. It has been good support, great for working out and fits as advertised.
