The ShapeMate Men's Latex Waist Trainer with 9 Steel Bones has been a great addition to my fitness routine. It provides exceptional tummy control and back support. I use it while working out, and it helps me sweat more in the abdominal area, which has been great for my goals. The latex is high-quality and durable, and the steel bones provide strong support, helping my posture and reducing back pain. It’s a bit tight when I first put it on, but once it’s on, it’s quite comfortable. It gives a smooth, defined look, and I can wear it for hours without it digging into my skin. The only downside is that it can get a little warm after wearing it for a while, but overall, it’s very effective for shaping and supporting my midsection.

I’ve been using the ShapeMate Men’s Latex Waist Trainer with 9 Steel Bones for about a month now, and it has definitely helped me achieve a slimmer waistline. The latex is firm and provides great compression, while the 9 steel bones offer excellent support for my back and posture. I wear it during workouts, and I can feel the difference in terms of sweat and shaping. It stays in place and doesn’t shift around, which is a big plus. The material is comfortable, and even though it’s snug, it doesn’t cause discomfort. I’ve already seen noticeable improvements in my waistline!

I got the 3XL delivered to my door steps this morning. Tried it on, it is a little too tight for me. my waist is about 39 inches. After spoke with the customer service, they suggest me to get size 4XL.

It’s very durable and nicely made. No cheap flimsy material like some of the others I have tried. It came in a nice little plastic pouch, no delivery issues. I am pleased with this purchase.

This is my 3rd waist trainer from ShapeMate. I went from 4XL, then 2XL, now I am on size XL. If you are looking for a good waist trainer to work with in the Gym. This is a good one to go with. Lighter latex fabric, good support and works very well. Cheers

As with everything of this nature, I am always skeptical but thought I would give it a try. After only two weeks I was pleasantly surprised to find that it actually seems to have reduced the size of my waist.

I am about a 37″ waist. At first, I ordered a 2XL. No way could I even get to the first set of hooks. Returned that one and got the 3XL. That fit okay on the third set of hooks. I wore it everyday for about 6-8 hours a day. It was not uncomfortable at all and after a while I even forgot I was wearing it.

By the end of the 4th week, the belt started feeling a little bit loose. It was then I began thinking “could this possibly be reducing my waist size?”. For several more days it remained feeling a little loose so I decided to try the 2XL again. It came yesterday and I was able to hook it on the first set of hooks with little effort. Wore it for about 4 hours yesterday, put it on today and doing up the hooks was even a little bit easier.

As of now, I can say I am most pleased with the results of this product. It has also helped by chronic back pain and improved my posture a bit. Is the apparent reduction in my waist size permanent or just a temporary result due to hours of compression? I will have to see. The compression is not uncomfortable so I will be wearing this for at least the rest of the summer. After that, I will forego it for a while to see if my waist stays trimmer or not.

I only have two gripes with this product. First off, does it have to be black? That can often be seen through light weight, light-colored summer clothes. Is it not possible to offer this in white or beige also?

Secondly, depending upon the shirt, sometimes the outline of the hooks is visible through clothing. I don’t think there is much that can be done with that in the product design without adding even more material to the belt. What works for me is if I turn the belt to the left, so that the row of hooks is almost under my left arm, it is much less visible, if at all. (I imagine the same would apply turning it to the right as well.)

I plan to report back with an update in several months but for now I am one happy customer who looks trimmer in his clothes and physically feels better. What a pleasure to find a product which actually seems to do what its description promises.

I ordered this one for my training program. It is very comfortable to wear and great for summer. (If you are looking for a lighter waist trainer with good support). I lost 4 inches in the past 4 weeks and I am very happy with the result. Thx

I got this yesterday and tried wearing it for the whole day. Based on my measurements(33″) I got a XL size and it fits well. Good quality and delivery only took 1 day to arrive. Highly recommended!
