I received my ShapeMate Mens Core Latex Waist Trainer early in the afternoon, and have been wearing it for about five hours. The back support is great, which is much needed for me. It is also helping to correct my posture.

I have a 37″ waist and I got the size 3XL. So far this trainer has been one of the best I’ve used so far. I actually wear it while I’m working and almost forget it’s on. The material is quite soft, and hasn’t rolled while it’s on.
